We may come from a diverse range of backgrounds but we have one thing in common. We all love bread. Chefs, bakers, publicans, marketing and finance experts. Despite our differences, we share a common love for our craft and our customers.

Each day, our talented bakers and pastry chefs pour their heart and soul into every loaf and pastry that comes out of our kitchen. With an unwavering commitment to quality and consistency, they ensure that every product that leaves our premises is nothing short of perfection.
We don’t use massive machines to grind out loaf after loaf. We sculpt every loaf by hand. Allowing the natural ingredients and traditional techniques to
speak for themselves. Our bread takes 48 hours to make with lots of resting time in between.
It’s this long fermentation that truly allows the sournotes to develop.
But we also love to experiment with new flavours, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
